Branded water bottles and mugs for business: what they cost and which to choose
A bottle or mug with your logo costs from £2.30 per unit, with branding included. In this category, branded water bottles sit alongside products used in very different ways: a bottle for everyday carry has different requirements from a desk mug or a flask for travel. Here you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and what matters before you order.
How much do branded water bottles and mugs cost?
Unit price with your logo in one colour in the standard print area, excluding VAT and delivery. The price comes down as quantities rise because the print set-up is spread across more units.

For wide campaigns and tighter budgets
When you need to reach a lot of people, unit price, weight and day-one usability matter most. In the Essential range, lightweight water bottles and simple tumblers usually fit well, with wraparound screen printing or pad printing in solid colours.
Don’t make the logo too large: on this kind of item, it works best when it is visible without turning the product into an advert. If your design has gradients or very fine detail, 360° digital print is usually better than pad print or screen print.

If the item will go in a backpack, car or customer visit, temperature retention and durability matter. Insulated bottles and double-wall steel flasks are often branded with laser engraving: discreet, clean and hard-wearing.
With laser engraving, the logo appears in the tone of the metal rather than your brand colour. If colour is essential, choose pad print or digital print instead; and before you decide, check on the product page that it fits a cup holder or under the coffee machine.

On a desk, comfort matters most, along with a logo that is seen every day without shouting for attention. Ceramic mugs work well here because they can take colour branding with pad print or wraparound screen print and they stay put.
Think about washing before you order: if they will go through the office dishwasher, check on the product page that the model is suitable. On coloured enamel mugs, laser engraving reveals the tone of the ceramic and does not reproduce corporate colours.

When the aim is gifting, material, finish and how the logo looks in a meeting or on a trip matter more. In the Premium range, insulated steel bottles, mugs with natural details and products with a more understated look are often the best fit.
Here, it is usually better to keep the logo more restrained than for a giveaway campaign. Laser engraving stands up better to use and, if you want a personal touch, many models let you add a name alongside the logo within the same order.
