Women's or unisex cut

Some styles have a women's pattern with a more fitted shape, and others are unisex for mixed orders. You can combine both in the same order.

Organic and recycled cotton

Part of the range is made from organic cotton or recycled material, and many styles carry OEKO-TEX, OCS or amfori BSCI certification.

Marking to suit the fabric

Screen printing and transfers for cotton, sublimation for light polyester, and embroidery or printed patches for a uniform finish.

Ladies t shirts for teams, events and new starters

A t shirt with the right cut gets worn more and shows in the team photo. Women's-cut styles suit shop uniforms, trade fair and stand staff, charity runs or the welcome pack for someone joining the company.

If the group is mixed, choose one women's style and one unisex style in the same colour and mark both with the same logo. Short-sleeved crew necks are the most versatile; V-necks look smarter for customer-facing roles.

Fabric, weight and marking technique

The 100% cotton styles run from lightweight fabrics, under 160 g/m2, for summer and one-day events, up to 160 to 220 g/m2, which last longer for everyday wear. Technical polyester t shirts dry quickly and work well for sports activities.

The catalogue price already includes one-colour marking in the standard area. For logos with many colours on cotton, a digital transfer is the better choice; on light polyester, sublimation; and embroidery or a printed patch gives a longer-lasting finish on uniforms.

How to choose personalised ladies t shirts

Cut and neckline
Women's cut for a fitted shape, or unisex for mixed groups. Crew neck for general use and V-neck for a more formal look.
Composition
100% cotton for everyday comfort, polyester or technical fabric for sport and outdoor activities, and a cotton and polyester blend for something in between.
Fabric weight
Under 160 g/m2 for light event t shirts; between 160 and 220 g/m2 for uniforms that are washed often; over 220 g/m2 for a thick fabric.
Marking technique
Screen printing or screen transfer for logos with few colours, digital transfer for full-colour designs, sublimation on polyester, and embroidery or a printed patch for a uniform finish.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum order is £83.40 excl. VAT per quote, counting all products together. Some styles are only made from a minimum quantity; where that applies, it is shown on the product page.

Can I see how the logo looks before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo placed on the t shirt, and you only pay once you approve it, before production starts.

How long does production take?

Lead time depends on the marking technique and the quantity, and it is shown on each product page in working days. We do not give a single general figure.

Are there sustainable ladies t shirts?

Yes. Part of the range is made from organic cotton or recycled material, with certifications such as OCS, GOTS or GRS depending on the style.

Can I ask for a sample before ordering?

Yes, samples can be requested before production so you can check the fabric, the cut and the colour.

What format should I send my logo in?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. If the marking comes out faulty or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.
