Payment is due once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. Until then, your card is only held.

If it doesn't match, we redo it
If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.

Claims within 7 days
Because it carries your brand, it can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it. Terms

This backpack is suitable for employees who need to transport their belongings to work or events. Additionally, it features an AWARE™ tracer that validates the use of recycled materials. 2% of profits are donated to Water.org, contributing to an important social cause.
