The beads that carry additional costs per piece are shown by colour: purple for the lowest surcharge, blue for the higher surcharges, and the beads with gold edging in the image for the highest surcharge per piece.

How much does Phone charm bracelet with cord cost with my logo?
From £4.60 per unit at 100 units, with marking included. The price drops with quantity: from 2.500 units it comes to £1.60 per unit. These prices exclude VAT and shipping: both are calculated in the quote, using the delivery address.
Does the price include the customisation?
Yes. It is made to order: what you choose in the configurator (technique, colours, sides, accessories) is already in the price, and if you change anything the price updates straight away. Before production we send you the proof to approve.
What is the minimum order?
£83.40 excluding VAT per order, counting only the products (excluding shipping). In addition, this model is made from 100 units.
How long does the quote take, and how long is delivery?
The quote, 24 working hours. The delivery time depends on the technique and quantity and is shown on each product's page, in working days to your country.
Can I see how my logo will look before ordering?
Yes. Send us the logo and we'll return the simulation on the product together with the fixed quote. It costs nothing and involves no commitment.
What format should I send my logo in?
In vector format, preferably SVG, AI or PDF. If you only have it in PNG or JPG, let us know: we'll check it and tell you whether it works for the marking size.
Can I order a sample?
Yes. In the configurator, under “Sample”, you can ask for a photo of the first unit made or a physical sample before the rest is produced. The physical sample has a one-off charge and adds a few days to the lead time.
How do shipping and customs work?
We ship from our warehouse in Spain, to one address or several. The order travels on DAP terms: you are the importer and pay the import VAT, any duties and the customs clearance. Shipping is itemised in the quote, calculated for your address, and customs adds a few days to the delivery time. Orders to Northern Ireland (BT postcodes) ship without customs, as within the European Union.
Does the invoice include VAT?
No. Prices exclude VAT and, as the order leaves the European Union, the invoice carries no Spanish VAT: it is an export. Import VAT and duties are paid at customs in your country, by whoever imports the order. In Northern Ireland, with a valid XI VAT number the invoice carries no VAT; without one, it carries Spanish VAT.
Do I have to pay anything to request a quote?
No. Requesting a quote is free and with no commitment, and you do not need to create an account. Made-to-order products are always ordered through a quote: you pay when you approve the mock-up with your logo, before production. On orders of €500 or more (VAT and shipping included) you can pay by bank transfer or by card, with a 1.5% card payment charge.
What if the branding doesn't come out like the mock-up?
We redo it at no cost. If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we make it again.
Can I return my order?
A product branded with your logo can't be returned or exchanged: it can't be sold to anyone else. What we do cover is any mistake of ours: if something arrives damaged, with a manufacturing defect or with a print that differs from the mock-up you approved, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, and we replace it free of charge or, if that isn't possible, refund it. Production can deliver up to 5% more or fewer units, and you are invoiced for what arrives.
