Payment is due once the design is approved, before production: when you give the go-ahead to our mock-up or, if you design it yourself and purchase on the website, when we review it. Until then, your card is only held.

If the branding is faulty or doesn't match the mock-up you approved, we redo it at no cost.

Claims within 7 days
Because it carries your brand, it can't be returned. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you approved, tell us within 7 days with photos and we replace or refund it. Terms

Made from 100% recycled polyester, this bag features adjustable straps for comfortable carrying. The AWARE ™ tracer ensures the genuine use of recycled materials. Additionally, 2% of profits are donated to Water.org, contributing to an important social cause.
