A raised logo you can feel

3D embroidery lifts the logo off the front of the cap. It works best with clean shapes and bold lettering.

All made from recycled material

Every model in the listing uses recycled cotton, blends or recycled PET. Many carry the AWARE™ tracer, which lets you trace the origin of the fabric.

A firm front for embroidery

Heavier fabrics, above 250 g/m2, along with brushed cotton and twill, give the front structure and hold the embroidery well.

Because the strap is velcro or buckle, one size fits different head sizes. You can order a single model for the whole team or combine several in the same quote until you reach the minimum order of £83.40 excl. VAT.

Material and decoration

There are recycled cotton caps, cotton twill, canvas, and sports caps in recycled PET, with 5 or 6 panels and a curved peak. Most models are made with amfori BSCI certification.

The 3D embroidery goes on the front. If you prefer another finish, the same ranges accept flat embroidery, screen or digital transfer, a printed patch or an engraved leather patch. Before you pay, you receive a free mock-up with your logo on the cap.

How to choose 3D embroidered caps

5 or 6 panels
The 6-panel cap has a central seam across the front; the 5-panel cap leaves the front smooth and unbroken, which suits wide logos.
Fabric weight
Above 250 g/m2 the cap is stiffer and the raised stitching shows off better. Between 150 and 250 g/m2 it is lighter, for sport or summer wear.
Material
Recycled cotton gives a classic look, canvas a sturdier one, and recycled PET is lightweight and made for sport.
Type of fastening
Velcro adjusts quickly and is practical for large hand-outs; the buckle gives a neater finish for gifts.

Is there a minimum number of caps?

There is no minimum number of units. The minimum order is £83.40 excl. VAT per quote, counting the products only, and you can reach it with a single model or by combining several.

Will I see how the embroidery looks before I pay?

Yes. We send you a free mock-up with your logo on the cap, and you only pay once you approve it, before production.

What logo file format do you need?

Vector is best: SVG, AI or PDF. That way the embroidery reproduces the shapes of your logo accurately.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the decoration technique and the quantity. The lead time is on each cap's product page, in working days to destination.

Can I order a sample?

Yes, you can order samples before the full order goes into production.

What happens if the embroidery comes out wrong?

If the decoration is faulty or does not match the approved mock-up, it is redone at no cost.
