Cable-knit polyester and acrylic
Almost all models are a polyester and acrylic blend, which keeps you warm, doesn't itch and holds up well in the wash. Some models use recycled material.
Lined inside on some models
Some hats have a 200 g Shu Velveteen lining for extra warmth outdoors. Others are single-layer and lighter.
Embroidery, transfer or full colour
Embroidery on the cuff is the most common way to brand a knitted hat. Full-colour polyester models are personalised by sublimation, so you can print complete designs.
